SECTION II: Interpreting History (Chapters 10-24)

Section II is devoted to interpreting all of recorded human history through the lens of the Latesvology conceptual model developed in Section I. The purpose of Section II is to provide a broad qualitative validation of Latesvology that was developed in Section I. Section II begins with a discussion of world population statistics with it uses as a surrogate measure for reflecting the availability of Technological Wherewithal. It then divides recorded human history into different time periods from the Early Stone Age to the present. Each period is characterized by tables of events (about 10,000 of these) that are largely associated with developments in Technological Wherewithal and Societal Values across a number of categories such as agriculture, inventions, religion, law, education, etc.
